We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you to process your order and contact you regarding your order. We only send promotional email to you with your prior consent, which you can withdraw at anytime (via your account page), and we do not pass any of your information on to third parties.

Credit card information is not held on this site. All credit payments are handled by reputable third-parties selected at checkout who will securely process your card payment.

You can check the information that we hold about you by logging into our web site via your account page. If you find any inaccuracies you may either update the information or request that we delete or correct it promptly (we may not delete your order history upon request as this is retained for accounting purposes).

Security of personal information

When you enter your card details on the secure payment page your data is encrypted by your browser before being securely transmitted to our third party card processors.

We use the highest level of SSL encryption during the registration and payment processes. Any information you send to us is encrypted while is transfers across the internet and is then decrypted by our server. Our SSL encryption is handled by Geotrust (128 bit enycrption and above).

We use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a cookie which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this from happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. You can remove cookies from your computer at any time by using the inbuilt functions of your browser to accomplish this task.

We also collate data of visitors to our store via an inbuilt tracking system. The data we record is used for statistical purposes and does not individually identify our customers.
