We aim to mail all parcels within 2 working days of payment. If this is not possible then we will email you to notify you of the delay and a new expected delivery date.
UK Postage
Standard postage to the UK is free.
Depending on the value and weight of the item(s) they could be mailed by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Contact us for any clarification or requests at sales@sportingdvds.com.
You can also chose whether to upgrade to Recorded Delivery. This can be done during the checkout process and you will be advised of the costs before payment is made. Our mail is collected by the Royal Mail each working day so there will be no delays in your item being despatched.
Postage Outside The UK
There is a charge for postage outside the UK. This is based on the weight of the item and shall be confirmed on checking out but BEFORE payment. All items sent outside the UK are sent by Airmail.
We will always send you an email to notify you when your purchase has been despatched.
VAT – Value Added Tax
The price advertised includes VAT. If VAT is not applicable in your country then this will be automatically deducted for you once you sign into your account or at checkout.

We accept a variety of payment methods which are selectable at checkout. These include Credit and Debit cards, Paypal, Cheques and Postal Orders. Regarding credit and debit cards you can pay online, by phone or fax. We also accept bank transfers. After you have completed your purchase you will be notified of the relevant bank account details to send payment to.

Region Coding
All DVDs are region 2 PAL which is the standard format for the UK and Europe. Please ensure you are able to play region 2 PAL DVDs before purchasing as returns can not be accepted due to incompatibility.

Unused Goods You have the right to return any item within 7 of receipt days as long as it is in its new and unused condition. Should you wish to do this please contact us and await our instructions before returning the item. Unless the item is faulty / damaged then you are responsible for the cost and delivery of the return
Damaged / Faulty goods Should you receive your item in a damaged or faulty condition then please contact us and await our instructions before returning the item. We will cover the costs of your return as long as you contact us first. This also include any mistakes we may make with your order.
